to varying reasons. This could be due to the limited range of genre of music that
had been introduced to the student, the use of inappriopriate teaching styles or
even the quality of the instrument.
At Shine Music School, we believe that music is a very powerful tool. With tenacity
and dedication, students will be able to play, enjoy and compose music.
This interest in music has to be nurtured by understanding each students' taste in
music and using this understanding to stimulate learning in all areas of relevance
in music. For example, if a student is interested in Delta Goodrem or U2 songs,
our teachers use pieces from these artists to teach scales and techniques that will
be required to play their favourite pieces.
